Mesotherapy & SkinBooster II

SkinBooster II Mesotherapy Infusion

We have taken mesotherapy skin rejuvenation a step further with the SkinBooster II precision injector. This advanced device uses gentle vacuum technology to lift the skin before delivering nine micro-infusions simultaneously, allowing treatment to be delivered evenly and consistently across the skin.

This controlled delivery improves treatment precision while ensuring the selected serum is distributed evenly within the superficial dermis, supporting skin hydration, collagen stimulation, and overall skin quality.

What Happens During Treatment?

A typical SkinBooster mesotherapy session takes around 60 minutes, with numbing cream applied beforehand  for 30 minutes to maximise comfort.

The treatment process includes:

  1. Skin preparation – the skin is thoroughly cleansed and lightly refreshed to remove surface debris and optimise treatment absorption.

  2. Topical numbing – numbing cream is applied for approximately 30 minutes.

  3. Treatment Delivery - once  the skin is cleansed and sanitised, the SkinBooster injector is used to deliver a series of controlled micro-infusions across the treatment area. The device gently lifts the skin using vacuum assistance before delivering multiple small injections simultaneously, allowing even distribution of the selected treatment serum. Depending on the treatment plan, these solutions may include:
    • hyaluronic acid skin boosters
    • collagen-stimulating formulations

  •  regenerative serum

  • PRP (platelet-rich plasma)

  • The infusion process typically takes around 20–30 minutes depending on the area being treated.

Our Favorite Serums

Juvelook – Collagen Biostimulation

Juvelook is a collagen-stimulating injectable that combines poly-DL-lactic acid (PDLLA) with hyaluronic acid. Rather than adding volume, it works by encouraging the skin’s natural collagen production over time. This gradual collagen stimulation can help improve skin texture, elasticity and overall skin quality.

Juvelook is often used where the goal is to support long-term collagen renewal and skin structure.

Because the treatment works with the body’s natural collagen production, improvements typically develop gradually over several weeks.

Benev Rejuvenation GF Serum - Skin Regeneration Support

Benev Rejuvenation GF Serum contains a blend of growth factors, peptides, antioxidants and hyaluronic aciddesigned to support the skin’s natural repair processes. Growth factors are involved in cellular signalling and may help support collagen production and skin renewal.

These formulations are often selected where the goal is to improve skin hydration, texture and overall radiance.

These treatments are frequently used as part of a broader skin rejuvenation program that may include mesotherapy, laser treatments, or collagen-stimulating therapies.

Dermaroma Exosome Therapy - Regnerative Signalling

We also offer treatments using Dermaroma Exosomes, a regenerative formulation designed to support skin renewal and overall skin quality. Exosomes are microscopic extracellular vesicles involved in cellular communication and are increasingly used in aesthetic skin treatments to support the skin’s natural repair and regeneration processes.

The Dermaroma formulation contains approximately 20 billion purasomes and 15 growth factors, which are involved in cell-to-cell signalling within the skin. These signalling molecules help support the skin’s natural communication pathways that are associated with repair, regeneration and overall skin vitality.

The exosomes used in our clinic are bovine-derived and sourced from organically managed dairy herds, where they are carefully processed and purified for aesthetic treatment use. When delivered using mesotherapy or precision infusion techniques, these regenerative components may help support skin hydration, texture and overall skin quality.

Exosome treatments are typically incorporated into personalised skin programmes alongside other collagen-stimulating or regenerative therapies, depending on individual skin concerns and treatment goals.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) – Autologous Growth Factors

PRP treatments use platelets derived from the client’s own blood, which contain naturally occurring growth factors involved in tissue repair and regeneration. When delivered through mesotherapy techniques, PRP may support the skin’s natural renewal processes and improve overall skin quality.

Because PRP is derived from the individual’s own blood, it is sometimes referred to as an autologous regenerative treatment.

Personalised Treatment Selection

Different formulations may be selected depending on the individual’s skin condition, treatment goals and overall skin health. In many cases treatments are combined as part of a personalised skin rejuvenation plan designed to support long-term skin quality and natural-looking results.
