We record demographic data relating to each client and that information is the property of The Appearance Clinic, this information will not be sold or leased to any 3rd party organisations.

As part of our consent forms that you will be asked to complete, we will add you to our database for a monthly email of news, specials and alike. As signing up as a client to The Appearance Clinic you provide authority to use photographs of your treatment for our marketing purposes, if you do not want any of these images to be used you must state this explicitly to your technician. These photographs will NOT divulge you or your personal details.

Cancellations
The minimum cancellation period of 24 is allowed before we reserve the right to bill 50% of the treatment cost. We acknowledge that things happen and this policy will not be unduly applied and we will endeavour to be fair and reasonable at all times with rescheduling.

Pre paid Treatments
Should you decide to take advantage of our Buy 6 in and receive a 20% discount. Treatments must be prepaid in full to receive the discount. Should you decide part way through that you no longer wish to continue with the prepaid treatments, treatment used will be billed as single treatments and you can use remaining credit towards any other treatment or product or refund.

No Guarantees
Whilst we endeavour to provide you with the highest quality service for permanent hair reduction and tattoo removal, we all must understand that there are many variables that may impact upon our services. Changes in health/medication and or contraceptives can cause hair to grow back, different pigments may not respond, sun damage may delay treatment and so no guarantees are given. Data provided by the technicians is indicative only.

Pricing
Prices do change from time to time and when booking you will see the price, please do not rely on printed price lists as these get updated regularly.

Consumer Guarantees Act

All goods and services are covered under the act and we ask that if you should ever have a complaint that you speak with your technician in the first instance.
